A Normal wash takes 24 minutes to complete. Add an additional 4 minutes for a Super wash (28 minutes).

There are 4 options for drying cycle time - these can be found on the card reader when you select your option before paying. If in doubt on how long to select, you are better choosing a longer cycle time as we do not currently have the option to purchase top-ups less than 24 minutes

Super wash includes an additional 4 minute cold pre-wash. This is particularly useful when there is heavily soiled laundry.

Yes, our XXL Machines (27kg washers and 36kg dryers) are suitable for pillows, blankets, doonas, and mattress protectors. Refer to our Services page for more details on our Bulky Items Service.
